When you book an appointment with us, that time is set aside for you - and ONLY you. We never double book and we try to always be ready for you when you arrive. In return, we ask that you keep your promise to us and show up for your appointment on time.
Please understand that providers only get paid when they deliver a service... therefore missed appointments are costly for us and prevent us from catering to other clients.
That said, our policy is simple. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
Upon booking, a major credit card is required in order to confirm your reservation. A minimum of 24 hours' notice must be given to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid being charged the full price for your treatments to the credit card holding your reservation.
In the event that you unable to keep your scheduled appointment with us, please contact us by phone at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not reach us, please leave a message on our voicemail system. If we do not hear from you within this timeframe, and you do not keep your appointment, the above policy will be applied.
Punctuality is a necessity for all reservations. We ask that you arrive on time. Any client arriving 10 minutes past the time of his or her reservation will be asked to reschedule.
Note: We recognize that no one is perfect and there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and so your therapist may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.
As a courtesy, we will send out an email to confirm your service appointments 24 hours prior to your appointment date. Please ensure that we have your current email address so that you receive the confirmations. It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals and missed appointments. Less than 24 hours notice will result in loss of service voucher, monthly service or billed for the service.
Because every treatment we perform is customized to suit the unique needs of each individual, a complete intake form is requested
Imagine if your provider was coughing and wiping their nose during your appointment. It's gross- So please don't do that to your provider. Your exhale is our inhale .
Visiting the studio when you are sick directly exposes your provider and other clients to any illness you have; if you think you are getting a cold, getting sick or are sick, I ask that you please reschedule your appointment. Stay home, hydrate and rest and come in when you're feeling better!
Don't wait until the last minute to call., we appreciate the opportunity to fill your time slot with someone else since providers only get paid when they are working. Getting sick is an inconvenience to you and everyone around you. Having good manners means being considerate and doing everything you can to prevent spreading your germs.
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Gratuities are greatly appreciated, but entirely at the discretion of the guest. 15%-20% is customary for spa guests. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services
